Letter from the President
Hey there, Lakers!
My name is Lauren, and I am honored to serve as the 2025 President of the Medford Lakes Women’s Club, an 83-year long tradition that I am proud to continue to support and serve. Growing up just a stone’s throw away from the Lakes, in Medford, it was always a dream to be a part of this incredible community, and I am beyond grateful have my family call Medford Lakes their home.
As President, my vision for this year is community engagement. One important lesson I like to share with my daughter comes from the old phrase “it takes a village”—people of all ages and walks of life coming together to create something magical. Side by side we can continue to nurture the bonds that make Medford Lakes special.
This year, we will continue to host some of our favorite classic events, and we are also excited to introduce more relaxed and informal gatherings throughout the year. Whether it be a meeting, an official event, or a casual beachside float it’s all about making our connections feel easy and fun.
If you are a familiar face or brand new to the club, I can’t wait to see you at one of our events. And if you ever find yourself feeling a little unsure about showing up, know that I am happy to be your wing-woman. I promise, once you step in, you’ll find there is something for everyone—like a jar full of jellybeans we have every flavor!
