What is it?
The Amazing Pace is a team-based biking adventure through Medford Lakes. Along the way, you’ll stop at checkpoints to tackle challenges that could test your brain, skills, or physical abilities — anything from solving puzzles to completing goofy skill games to light physical obstacles.
You don’t need to be an athlete — strategy, creativity, and teamwork are just as important as speed.
How It Works
The Amazing Pace is part scavenger hunt, part adventure race, and part “laugh until your face hurts.” You and your team of four will pedal your way through scenic Medford Lakes, stopping at surprise checkpoints along the way. At each stop, you’ll take on a challenge — it could test your brain, your skills, or your muscles… sometimes all three! From quirky tasks to physical feats to pure-luck surprises, you never know what’s waiting around the next corner. Collect points as you go, race the clock, and aim for the finish line — and maybe even snag fun awards like Best Dressed along the way.

Rules (Simple & Easy)
- Teams must have 4 people.
- At least 1 team member must be a Medford Lakes Colony member in good standing.
- All participants must be 21 or older.
- Pedal bikes only — no e-bikes or motorized help.
